#22 Sudo, Explorer, and UNC paths issue

Steps to reproduce:

1. Sudo explorer.exe
2. After the elevated explorer window appears, goto start|run
3. In the run field, enter a unc path. For instance let's say an apps share

\\servername\apps

4. The apps share never appears.

If you close out the elevated explorer instance, and repeat step 3, the apps share appears.

Using version v0.4.0-r153, XPSP2 32bit, .NetFW 3.0 fully patched.

Other info:

Launch folder windows is separate process is enabled.
