#7 rsh,ssh,scp,rcp support for sudosh 1.6.2

Hi,

I would like to request for support of rsh and
ssh related services. This would be helpful for many
who use them inside scripts for remote execution.

The sudosh exits with Couldn't get controlling
terminal. Something to do with tty/pty. I have
observed this when sudosh is used as login shell.

Also in 1.8.2 release, only commands which are
specified with -c arg are allowed to run. This means
if I wish to grant the unpriviledged user to run all
commands except few, then I have to add all of them
one by one in sudosh.conf. Having an options like -c
arg * or /bin/* or /usr/bin/* would be good.
