niglet: perltidy isn't in CVS.

install niglet: if effective uid is 0 (eg, root already) don't invoke
sudo to install?

plz install Irix stuff just into /usr/local vs /usr/freeware, as
/usr/freeware has been unofficially reserved for "SGI Packaged
Freeware."  I believe 'alien' will translate .rpm to SGI inst style,
although I haven't used it myself...
