#3 2.1.2 Broken on Solaris

Starting sudoscriptd fails, leaving just these lines in
/var/run/sudoscriptd/stderr:

unix dgram connect: Socket operation on non-socket at
/usr/local/sbin/sudoscriptd line 70
no connection to syslog available at
/usr/local/sbin/sudoscriptd line 70

More info: this seems to be related to a difference in
Sys::Syslog between perl 5.6.1 and perl 5.8.2. The reported
failure DOES NOT occur with 5.6.1.
