    Hello:

The downloaded subtitle file (.srt) cannot be loaded to Subtitle Workshop. It is able to play by WMP/KMP etc. The workaround is to open the file with Subresync and save to new file. Then the new file can be opened by SW. I compared two files and find the reason why. Subtitle workshop use the time format xx:xx:xx,xxx (use comma for millisecond), but the downloaded file has time format xx:xx:xx.xxx(use dot for millisecond). Most players/subtitle software can support both formats. Hope Subtitle Workshop can fix the problem on next release.

The downloaded srt file cannot be loaded by Subtitle Workshop, but it can be open by SubResync or any media player. The reason is that subtitle workshop only support the time format "xx:xx:xx,yyy", it does not work with "xx:xx:xx.yyy". Hope the future version can support both formats.

The "proper" SubRip format is to use a comma, but I'll consider adding the dot format too. I've personally never encountered a SubRip file that uses dots instead of commas.

The Swedsih Television has made additions to the srt format and call the new format wsrt. The major difference is the switch from comma to dot.

Can you give me more information on that? What are the other differences? We might simply add it as a separate format. Is the entire format specification available somewhere?
