Ok, this is a little insane. I've been working with Subtitle Worskhop, and all was fine. But for the last two days it hadn't been saving files! I've carefully saves both the project and the translation files every half an hour or so. Now when I look at the files in windows explorer, they say last edited two days ago. What the hell? Subtitle Workshop gave no errors that it couldn't save or anything. What's happening? Can I recover my work somehow?

As you described the problem, I guess you are saving another files, instead of the ones that you are caring about. I mean, the saved files are being saved in another place/folder. If you're using project files, open them using Notepad and look the path of files.

xas is abandoned, so only save is implemented.
