Is it safe to get the package with the highest version number?
Or do these 3 sites have different developers? What happened, why the split?

Hello, I’m a very long-time user of Subtitles workshop. I think this is the best subtitle editor!!
Now I would like to download the latest version. But I see there are 3 sources for this download, and the 3 sources offer different version numbers.
The links are :
http://subworkshop.sourceforge.net/download.php . Highest version = 6.0b
https://sourceforge.net/projects/subtitle-workshop-classic/files/ . Highest version = 6.0e_12
http://www.uruworks.net/download.html . Front page version is 6.01 r7 but it has a "version 7" on the forum : http://forum.uruworks.net/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=59
