I know how to add a new rule to count instances of lines containing a custom text. I'd like to be able to delete all lines that contain this text when you 'Fix Errors'. Please advise.

    Very easy.
After display lines containing your custom text on Information and Error list, just press "Select" buttom located below of "Fix errors" buttom. After that, press Delete key on your keyboard.
    Done.

Hi Gab, I'm not finding an option, "Display Lines containing your custom text". Where is this? I can't get the program to delete lines with custom text rule.

You said that you know how to add a rule to count custom text.
So, you add your rule on Custom Info Area and get the list of lines (see picture).
Click on buttom "Select" (red arrow) and you'll see all lines selectect (red square) on picture below:

After that, just press Delete key on keyboard.

    I hope you'll achieve that.
    :)

I press "Select", and it appears to select 18 instances of the lines with the custom text, but it also selects all other errors. When I hit Delete on the keyboard, nothing happens.

Before press "Select", uncheck all checkboxes, or click button "None".
Doing that, you're sure that all error lines won't be selected.
List must have only your custom text lines.
To delete all custom text lines, all that lines must be selected before presse Delete key.

I forgot to say, to force Delete key to work, you have to:

Close "Information and Error" window first
    or
Click somewhere on main window, taking care to don't unselect those lines.

    Then, press Delete key.

Thanks Gab. I suppose that will work, however for the few lines, it's less work to simply do a 'Search...', and delete them directly. I was hoping to be able to add a customized rule that would delete any line with my custom text, when I click on the 'Fix Errors' button.
