I have a problem when using subtitle workshop 6 for translating subtitle from Eng to Per.
I have to change the language from Eng to Per in keyboard language configuration in every line to type the in Persian, then in the next line I have to change the language and then in the next line!
how can I solve this problem.

i have another problem with workshop 6 which is ??????? typing!!
when i try to write s.th in PER, the video shows it in ?????????? format
i made many changes, but it didnt resolve :( pls hlp me :(

To the recent time (and still) i've use(d) 2.51, which work(ed) perfectly.
I am installed 6.0b, translated Interface to Serbian (latin) and tryed to work in Cyrillic:
completely new sub, and to translate some Eng. subs to Serbian, but SW 6.0b don't work in Cyrillic.
As I type, I'm getting some weird characters, unlike to SW 2.51, which work without problems.
(Windows 7 Pro 32bit, regional/lng setting is OK - works with 2.51)

I suppose by PER you mean Persian? Did you select the Arabic character set in the Left Panel?

You messed Subtitle Edit and Subtitle Workshop. They are different software.
