Hello. I'm working with some videos (dubbing) where milliseconds changes at
29 to 1, each second.

This is the pattern they follow: 01:03:44:29 - :01:03:45:00

The problem is that SW works with 1000 milliseconds to change the second
parameter. This is not exactly a delay problem because those 29
milliseconds of the video last 1 second exactly as those 1000 milliseconds
of SW, so the seconds change exactly at the same time.

Here's my problem: I use another software which works with a custom export
that I made, but this software only works with 29 milliseconds, so if any
millisecond exceed that, then I get an error. As we know SW export all the
milliseconds, but my custom export was something like this: hh:mm:ss,zz -
But still the export will give me some timecodes like this: 01:32:23:88 -
So I had to edit it and create a custom export with this parameters:
hh:mm:ss:15 so every timecode won’t exceed the 29 milliseconds. I was
wondering if there’s a way that I could force those milliseconds, while
working, to change at 29 (299) in SW.

I tried everything, even changing FPS using FRAMES instead of TIME and I
can’t limit those milliseconds.

Hope you can help me and thank you so much for all your support, guys.

Cheers!
