I think this false positive is reported because program file is packed. Anyway, you can test file with other AV software, or even use online scanner, for example https://www.virustotal.com/

my recollections include such Norton warnings, but maybe this particular Anti-Virus does something more than a virus detection (confer recent actions with Microsoft in relation to hacking sites etc.)
