I can confirm it. It seems this is true for all formats that support more than one different extensions. I've fixed the issue, it will work as expected in the next major release.

Hi,
really big thanks for developing SW 6.0. It is magnificient!
I have still one problem with it. When join subtitles back together I cannot use MicroDVD format. I just get error message that format is incorrect.
There of course is a workaround to get this done, but it would be really nice to have this function workin as it works in version 2.51.
