#1 Memory fault

We got a Memory fault on "svn update", "svn co" and so on. QNX4.25 is our OS with Watcom 10.6 which is provided on the qnx cd.
Complete error message:
//27/bin/svn-1.8.9 terminated (SIGSEGV) at 0007:00000000.
%1 3020 Memory fault svn update.

I have a svn client 1.4.2 which is working fine, but i want to use a newer one to use svn externals on single files.
