#33 Saving 'Convert Encoding from' setting

Hi!

If your Aspell Personal dictionary includes many words with non-English characters then every time you edit the Personal Dictionary you have to set a proper 'Convert Encoding from' setting. It would be nice if SP could save our choice so that we won't have to change it every time.
