As I use SubtitleCreator mainly adding subtitles to selfmade videos, I often need to enter a lot of text.
However, the editing/entering of text in the program is still a kind of rocky (e.g. create new subtitle, enter subtitle for editing, editing, finish editing).
While I am in edit mode, is there a way to check for a certain key combinations and assign certain functions to them?
Specifically, I would like
-Alt+Enter to generate "|" for line break (using different language keyboard layouts this would avoid the search for the correct key...).
-Ctrl+Enter to finish the edit, insert a new subtitle after the current subtitle and open the new subtitle in edit mode
After adding frame skip buttons to the DVD control panel, the following hotkeys would be very util as well:
-Alt+Home to assign the current time code of the DVD to the currently selected subtitle
-Alt+Ende to assign the current time code of the DVD to the currently selected subtitle
