#2 No sound from mp3 files using any player.

I just signed up for the subsonic server hosting program with gigapros.com. I have uploaded all my songs abut none of them will play at all. They play fine on the server running from my home computer. I got this message back from them today: All files and settings in your server seems to be correct and everything seems to be working fine at server end. We suggest you to contact subsonic support regarding this through the given URL:

What is the possible problem?
