#54 An API call to trigger "Scan Media Folders now"

I am a Dsub user and was told that this is not currently possible for any app developers to trigger a "Scan meadia folders now" command from the app. I am downloading media to my server on the go a lot and would find it supper useful if the media folders could be updated outside of having to use the html interface to do so.
