#97 index.view ran insecure content and break HTTPS

Chrome return this message "The page at 'https://www.xxx.net/subsonic/index.view' was loaded over HTTPS, but ran insecure content from 'http://www.xxx.net/subsonic/home.view': this content should also be loaded over HTTPS." and mark connexion "unsafe".

Tested with a reverse-proxy (nginx) ; not with the build-in https mechanisme.
