#76 Download cover to replace in-metadata image results in renaming music file (".old")

To reproduce:
- Find a folder without external cover file ("cover.jpg") but where subsonic gets a cover image from within the metadata (check folder in file browser)
- Click 'change' and select an image to use
- Check folder again

What happens:
- Subsonic has added file 'cover.jpg' and renamed the first music file, adding '.old' as an extension. e.g. "01_lets_stay_together.mp3" is now "01_lets_stay_together.mp3.old"

What is expected:
- Subsonic should only add 'cover.jpg' and not rename music files

The feature of renaming old cover files is a neat one but it should obviously be restricted to image files.
