For tracks with very low bitrate (56k in the case of the attached screeshot), Subsonic is considering the track length to be much shorter than they actually are. When they play in the web interface, the entire track plays. On Android, more than the amount shown plays (about 10 seconds), and then the track stops (and the playlist moves on to the next track).

As an additional note, the API (rest/stream.view) is streaming exactly the length of data that fits into the time shown (which does not correspond to the amount played via the web interface).
