Some Last.fm scrobbles are lost for a reason. Attaching subsonic.log for your reference, take a look at following particular messages:
[2011-12-11 21:40:37,602] WARN AudioScrobblerService - Failed to scrobble song 'Cluster' at Last.fm: FAILED Plugin bug: Not all request variables are set - no POST parameters.
[2011-12-11 22:25:36,589] WARN AudioScrobblerService - Failed to scrobble song 'Sensation Of Heat (Part 3: Almost Cataclysmic)' at Last.fm: FAILED Plugin bug: Not all request variables are set - no POST parameters.

As I know, all required tags (for scrobbling) are presented in mentioned tracks (for second one you can find transcoding info where all available tag values are logged).

The log message indicates that no parameters were set in the POST request at all.

Are you still experiencing this problem? If so, is your audio files' tag data possibly corrupted or in a bad syntax state?

I couldn't download your log file either, Sourceforge just returns an HTML page stating that the artifact couldn't be located. Could you please re-post your Subsonic log?

I experience the same issue from time to time on several machines streaming from my subsonic server. A computer under Windows7 64 bits with Firefox 19.0.2 and java 7, another running an old wary puppy linux distro and 2 (not quite "up to date") htc android (gingerbread and froyo) phones. To me it looks like a latency issue since I'm usig a satellite connexion with at least 700ms ping... sometimes it works, sometimes not. Anyway it still could be a tag poblem, I haven't tested it yet.
