#227 url http(s) rewrite settings not working behind proxy

Sub 6.1.5 running on http on windows server, behind a linux apache proxy with https, and nothing happens when i push Settings. I found the musicFolderSetting.view url on some other post here, and if I use that with https://url/blah I can access the settings and force scan my folder.

Cmon guys, this has been a problem for atleast 5 years, fix it already.
