#214 Upgrade from 6.0 to 6.1 lost local db

Hello,

I just updated my Windows copy of Subsonic from 6.0.x to 6.1.1, and it appears all local settings in the DB (albums, artists, users, settings, etc.) are just gone.

Any other users reporting this issue? I have updated subsonic previously with no issues.
