Perhaps the confusion here may be stemming from people doing a simple "refresh" by either clicking the refresh icon or hitting F5. What you need to do in order to fix this error is to "force refresh" which you can acheive (on Windows, Firefox) by invoking the key combination Ctrl+F5.

seems gi.js is causing it.
