I set up a subdomain on subsonic.org, and when I attempt to go to it, it goes to a 10.x.x.x address I use for my VPN, which isn't routable on the internet. I'm not sure why it does this, and I'm not sure how to fix it. Do I need to make the server only bind to the one interface that is internet-connected?

Confirmed in version 6.0; Subsonic seems to have reported my VPN (Hamachi) address and bount it to myname.subsonic.org.

You can force Subsonic to bind to a particular interface by specifying the Java system property subsonic.host=<IP-address>.

On Windows, this is done in c:/program files(x86)/subsonic/subsonic-service.exe.vmoptions
