All of these files have images embedded and in the album folder. The images are jpg, and the files are lossless mp4 or flac.
Subsonic displays some correctly, some with the wrong colors, and some not atr all. Why?
Ah. The bad images start out as large. I had one that was 1400x1400 pixels. I cut the number in half, and it displayed properly. Something seems to be wrong with your jpeg resizing commands.

I still have this issue with large embedded art. It's a shame because I prefer embedded for simplicity (size isn't an issue) and high-quality because devices have really high resolutions now.

Doesn't seem to be consistent across thumnail sizes; for example, the "Seiken Densetsu ~ Let Thoughts Ride on Knowledge" appears to be missing the green channel in the image above, but looks fine on the album view page. It's art isn't very large either.
I might just delete broken thumbnails and let it recreate them and hope that helps.
