#140 subsonic init.d script fails to stop Subsonic

on 5.1 and 5.2b1 on OpenSUSE 13.2, Subsonic will not shutdown properly.
/etc/init.d/subsonic stop
does not stop Subsonic.
A Java process is left running and the /var/subsonic/db lck file is still there.

I have to manually kill both of these to get Subsonic to start properly again.

My Subsonic runs as user subsonic
