#113 Jukebox player ignores transcoding settings

It seems like the Jukebox player always ignores my transcoding settings. I have added a two-step transcoder with ffmpeg and lame, as described in the Subsonic wiki, and set the Jukebox player to use that transcoder exclusively.
But I realized that no matter what I type in that transcoder setting (even garbage), it doesn't make any difference. Specifically, I want to reduce the verbosity of subsonic.log because it's writing a new line once per second during playback.
