    Hi dear developers.
Subrip is a great app, but need one thing more to be covering everything.
I have a lot of movies with arabic subtitle (hardcoded)< and I noticed the app not supporting ( acually there is no program supporting arabic lang) , but i notice 1 good thing in subrip, the app has exellant grapping the subtitle and was able to border the words along with the timing.

because of theat, the only thing needed here to save this subtitle as idx/sub or sup,

and i am ready to pay money for that.

      Hi,

No need to pay. I convert DVDs to .mkv and then use mkvextract to
extract all subtitles i want to .idx/.sub.

To convert to .mkv, i currently use MakeMKV.

If the subtitle is hardcoded, then you need to parse it as text first,
then use an external utility to generate a .sub/.idx DVD image set.
There simply is no other way. Creating .sub files is beyond Subrip's
purpose, which is to get rid of .sub files, not to create them.

Fortunately, there are lots of utilities out there which can convert
any [.srt] subtitle text into DVD .idx/.sub subtitle files.

Try "convert .srt to .sub" in a search engine and you'll find various
online and offline tools for that purpose.

Sorry if my answer wasn't what you had hoped for.
