Hi SubRip people!
I cannot work out how to extend the detection box around the character down. Is there a way to change the dimensions of the box that is used for detection? The language is Thai, and some characters accents are underneath the character.

Hello Nicholas,
I currently don't know of amy way to change/resize the character
selection box, as this is done by the engine. If it only happens once,
you may enter the whole text of the text line in question, go to the
next subtitle item and move on, but if all the other subtitle items
also behave like you described, then i'm afraid i got no real solution
for you.
Afterall, SubRip was mainly developed for Latin-based languages, while
detection for other glyphs is known to work in some, but not all cases.
