Title case is meant to format the sub as the Title of a book.
"One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest".
Proper case is meant to format the sub as a regular sentence.
"One flew over the cuckoo's nest"
They do however not work, but are both fixed in the next version

We can call the "Proper" case button something else?
I have renamed "Proper" to "Regular" for now.
