#18 Start time and End time is bugged

First, the software does not check and automatically fix the timestamp if Start time is after End time or vice versa (it does display an error at the bottom, however). Also, when this happens, the subtitle will stop displaying any other lines, effectively stopping at the line where this error occurs (the flawed line does not even disappear when its time is up). Forcibly choosing the next line, which brings the subtitle to that line and continues, does not work as well.

if the start time is after end time then use datagrid to correct them.
double clicking either start or end time enables you to edit them.
