#17 Running bar timestamp update is incorrect during a pause.
When a video is paused, and I use the running bar to jump to a specific time, the time on the left of the bar correctly reflect (though still in 10 seconds gap, which I assumed to be a direct implementation from the 2 >>,<< buttons) and even the subtitles jump to the corresponding one. However, when resuming the video, it will run back to when it was before any jump. Also, the video does not allow using the running bar to jump to a specific time.
