#13 Expose "admin" http interface of the Core server

We have a container of modules (aspects implementations) and it would be nice to have some kindf of web based admin page to control and track what's going on. There is already a REST engine, so we can make modules controleable (JMX or something else) + expose operations/status via URL xxxxxx:yyy/admin/
