Currrently on the stats page, for each "component" we know how many of the students have had that problem graded.

For test grading, it would also be informative to know who has been grading that problem, and how many students they have graded. This will help decide who should handle grade inquiries, etc.

Currently: (for 100 total exams)

problem 1
average: 5.5 / 8.0
std dev 2.1
count 50 (this is the # completed with grading)

problem 2
average: 10.2 / 12.0
std dev 3.1
count 25

Desired:

problem 1
average: 5.5 / 8.0
std dev 2.1
count 50 (this is the # completed with grading)
graders: instructor (count 10 - avg 4.8), ta1 (count 40 - avg 5.7)

problem 2
average: 10.2 / 12.0
std dev 3.1
count 25
graders: instructor (count 2 - avg 9.5), ta2 (count 23 - avg 10.2), ta3 (count 1 - avg 12.0)

I think we've lost this feature -- bad merge resolution with another PR?
