What is the current behavior?

Currently there are no tests for moving gradeables around sections.

What is the new behavior?

There is now a test for moving a gradeable around different sections.

Other information?

Tested by running the individual test case in Vagrant.
Might be adding more tests for moving different types of gradeables around in the future (since they have different buttons).
