#3 Add Submission Management GUI

In my original version of this system I put little thought into the interface of managing the system. I figured its more important to have a working system then one with a slick GUI. All system changes had to be made within the code and the submission viewing system was primitive to say the least. This is why in v2.0 I really want to have a very slick GUI. The kind that is so easy it feel like no work and is a pleasure to use (ok maybe thats a stretch).
