#2 Add Actual Submission Mechanism

In order for the system not to be garbage it has to do something. For this system it needs to allow users to submit there submissions. This involves storing the date/time of submission, the username of the submitter, basic information about the submission(title, description), as well as the most important part: the submission itself! This is an important part. Because depending on the application of the system the submission could be anything from a text document to a video so flexibility of storage is an important point to think about. The most likely step I will take is to either use a 3rd party storage site via API or code a GUI for file upload (upload meter) my self. In the final product ideally the submission system admin could choose between these options.
