Installing Via Package File

On the Sublime menu bar, go to Preferences -> Browse Packages. This will open a file browser at your Sublime user packages directory.

Back up one level to the Sublime Text 3 folder, then open the Installed Packages folder.

Copy the NetLinx.sublime-package file provided by the sublime-netlinx download into this folder.

The plugin is now installed and will show up in Sublime Text.
