Get an email when there's a new version of suacomp

library complementing the SUA (Subsystem for UNIX Applications on Windows) libc. Both shared and static versions availble. Fixes problems with EAGAIN on newer SUA, handles UID/GID mapping to/from windows, adds/fixes poll(), which is broken on SUA.
