#6 Windows title are not in the center using uno windows

Hi rob.

Reporting:

Somethings the windows title in the uno windows are not in the center, for example in the system settings, resize the windows, go to some settings, click in the back button. and somethings the windows control are not the first item at the left.

Thats because there are many toolbars next to each other there, like the wiki mentions, this is a very hackerish approach. I spose I could disable csd for some apps, or maybe a blacklist?
