#35 namepace problem with JDOM 1.0

stxx and JDOM beta 9 run without problem.
With stxx and JDOM 1.0 release, a namespace with
empty URI is added in the JDOM Document (not root
node) :

The following error occurs during the client render :
"Only a default namespace can have an empty URI. Error
processing resource 'http://localhost..."
