It's not maintained nor actively developed.


=== INSTALLING ===
stupidCMS requires MySQL and PHP5

Create a mysql database and upload the files on the server.
Edit settings.php to your needs.
Load start.php from your browser and delete it from the server.

=== USAGE ===
It's essential to know what you're doing as the layout is not completely separated from the code.
To gain access to the admin panel go to yourhost/admin/admin.php
