#9 making directories and specifying full path

553 Permission denied.
[...]

This is a serious problem as most ftp clients make
folders that way when you are uploading a folder.

Without that beeing fixed i am not able to use this ftp
server efficiently. I already tried fixing that problem
on my own but didn't succeed because of my limited
programming knowledge.
