#9 File Menu

This is both code and interface.

The File menu only gives the user the option to deal
w/classes not rooms/students/or instructors. This is
something that I feel should give the user the option to
deal with all of the classes with either a menu then sub-
menus or each item should have it's own menu on the
menu bar.
