Map files will take significantly less time being processed than
object files, so I don't really care about their format. Also, they
will always be loaded in one go at the start of a level [speed is
irrelevant then, or at least less relevant], whilst objects may be
dynamically loaded.
I've nearly finished the new multiple-object-format infrastructure for
sttr, and expect a new release of the game in about a week.
