The attached patch allows MockStrutsTestCase (just the mock tests, Cactus has not been checked) to compile and run with Struts 1.3. The patch follows struts deprecation instructions and tries to preserve the intent of the original code; but I am a relative newbie with strutstestcase, so some review and additional testing should be done before this is committed.
