Binaries for Windows XP and Vista. Source for Linux and Mac.

Changes:
- The new template rendering system allows for easily defining custom exporters (with examples for PovRay and Sunflow)
- Control of the random seed from GUI.
- Minor bug fixes.
- Splash Screen.
