Hi , I am an art of illusion user .
Art of illusion is a free and open source 3d package.
I've done a plugin for AoI that allows to import and render Structure synth structures. If someone wants to try this , could be an alternative to sunflow.
The AoI raytracer is rich of features btw.
the instructions of how to install the plugin once AoI is installed are avalaible at this link :

there are some render also of imported structures.

  I forgot to mention that the importer works right with Structure Synth Glasnost. Haven't tried yet with the current version.
