That is exactly our current situation. We are planning to implement Strongkey to build a PCI compliant environment. I've been reviewing the features of the project, and I think that it brings a great oportunity to accomplish the task of building a PCI DSS environment, which is right now one of our main goals.
I've already downloaded and deployed the SKS Server (the installation guide was great, really helpful and easy to follow, nice work!), and i'm still studying the source code (the xenc source code) to learn about how to use the API.
We will appreciate any help that you could bring to us, and I hope we can share impressions and ideas about how you've implemented all the features currently available in the project. That would be really helpful.
Thanks again for your attention, and hope to listen about you any time soon,
Regards,

I'm afraid we're not supporting the original StrongKey anymore (lots of reasons, but not worth iterating them now).
We have, however, taken the core idea, simplified it and created an appliance out of it: StrongAuth KeyAppliance - you can learn about that at www.strongauth.com. The KeyAppliance, combined with the StrongKey CryptoEngine (available on sourceforge.net) does far more than what StrongKey alone does for you.
If you'd like to talk about it, send me an e-mail at arshad-dot-noor-at-strongauth-dot-com. Thanks.

It is great to see you are using StrongKey and are pleased with its performance! In your posting, you indicated that you require assistance with certain functionalities of StrongKey. If you could let me know what they are, I would be pleased to answer any questions.

Would be interested in talking with anyone who is considering implementing StrongKey in a PCI (Payment Card Industry) environment.
A few clients of mine are currently considering it.
